quite comfortable overall experience. relaxing hotel in a marvellous location nice to a stunning lake. clean room with exceptionally comfortable beds. location short walk to motor way as well as a cheap stop when on a long journey.

Free parking was helpful for our travels.
The staff seemed overwhelmed, and the check-in process was slow, leaving us standing in the lobby longer than expected. The room itself was quite basic, lacking any charm, and the plugs were a huge hassle. Only one European plug fit, and I feared forcing the others could break them.

Had a blast with friends exploring nearby attractions, especially the beautiful lake and charming local market. The free parking was a huge plus. The atmosphere was friendly, and we enjoyed our downtime together.
One evening, we faced issues with the room's heating system that took a while to fix, which disrupted our plans a bit.

Basic but serves its purpose
Spent a night in a pretty basic double room. The bed was okay, not the comfiest, and the vibe just felt kinda dull. It was great to have free parking, and the bar/lounge area was nice for a drink. Wish the staff smiled more though. They seemed pretty miserable.

The Double Room was pretty basic, nothing fancy at all. It did the job for a night, but it definitely felt a bit dull. The bed was okay, but not super cozy. I noticed there wasn't much to do in Maillat, but access to the motorways was handy for travel. Just wish the vibe was a bit more cute.

I stayed in a king room with beautiful river views and a very comfortable bed, the hotel's location is great for walking into town and enjoying skiing in the Alps, and the staff were friendly and helpful during my stay.
